General Tour Information

The Columbia Credit Union Tour of Homes is a free, self-guided home tour featuring new construction and remodeled homes throughout Clark County, Washington. Tour homes at your own pace while exploring local builders, designers, products, and ideas for your next home project.
Be sure to use the official Tour of Homes app and map to plan your route and maximize your experience.
Please help us respect the homes, builders, and neighborhoods participating in the event by, driving slowly in neighborhoods, not blocking driveways, mailboxes, fire hydrants or other accessibility points.

Tour Guidelines

 

Do I need a ticket?

No. The Columbia Credit Union Tour of Homes is free to attend and open to the public.

 

What are the event dates and hours?

May 29 – 31, 2026 from 11am to 5 pm (last updated 5/22/26)

 

Can I visit homes more than once?

Yes – visit them as many times as you’d like, just be sure to scan your ticket each time!

 

Are children allowed?

Yes. Families are welcome; however, parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times. Please help ensure children do not touch furnishings, décor, fixtures, or surfaces inside the homes.

 

Are strollers allowed?

Some homes may have limited accessibility or delicate finishes. Builders may ask that strollers remain outside or in designated areas.

 

Are pets allowed?

No pets are allowed inside the homes, with the exception of registered service animals.

 

Restrooms

Some homes may have designated visitor restrooms available; however, many tour home bathrooms are not open for public use. Please follow all posted signage and builder instructions.

 

Can I take photos or videos?

Photography policies may vary by builder or homeowner. Please ask before taking photos or videos inside any home.

 

What should I wear?

Comfortable clothing and easy-to-remove shoes are highly recommended.

 

Do I need to remove my shoes?

Many builders may require shoes to be removed or covered with provided booties to help protect flooring and finishes. Please follow the guidelines posted at each home.

 

Can I wear booties instead of removing my shoes?

If a builder requests shoe removal, please follow their instructions. Some homes may provide shoe coverings, while others may request shoes be fully removed.

 

Why am I exiting through the garage?

Some homes use one-way traffic flow for safety and to help protect finished spaces. In many cases, exits may be routed through the garage.

 

Can I bring food or drinks inside?

No food or beverages should be brought into the homes unless specifically permitted by the builder.


Can I touch furniture, fixtures, or finishes?

Please do not touch surfaces, furnishings, fixtures, décor, or personal items unless invited to do so by the builder or representative.

 

Can I walk through the yards and landscaping?

Please stay on designated walkways and paths whenever possible. Many landscapes are newly installed and can be easily damaged.

 

What if a home is crowded?

Builders and event staff reserve the right to limit occupancy, pause entry, or temporarily close a home for safety or operational reasons.

 

What if I am feeling sick?

Please do not attend if you are feeling ill.

 

Accessibility & Visitor Information

Are the homes ADA accessible?

Accessibility varies by home. Some homes may include stairs, uneven surfaces, or active construction areas. Please use caution while touring.

 

Is parking available?

Street parking is available near most homes. Please obey all posted parking signs and avoid blocking driveways, mailboxes, or neighboring homes.

 

Can real estate agents attend?

Yes. All visitors are welcome to attend the Tour of Homes.
